iOS 9.3 is a minor revision to the updates provided in iOS 9.1. New in iOS 9.3 are modifiers for the sleuth or spy emoji, and the removal of modifier support for the horse racing emoji.

Apple emojis are used on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple TV. These are included as part of the Apple Color Emoji font.
WhatsApp uses Apple emoji images on all platforms, including Android. Custom stickers available in the iOS 10 Messages app supported for all iMessage users. Apple also has its own animated emoji sticker series for Apple Watch.
