Palms Up Together
Two hands held out together with open palms facing up, in a slightly cupped manner.
May be used to represent an open book in American Sign Language (ASL), or the gesture used by followers of Islam when praying. This gesture also appears similarly to one used to beg for for money.
Palms Up Together was approved as part of Unicode 10.0 in 2017 and added to Emoji 5.0 in 2017.
