A classic smiley.&nbsp;A yellow face with a modest smile, rosy cheeks, and soft, closed eyes. Many platforms, including Apple, feature relaxed eyebrows. Conveys a wide range of warm, positive feelings, including love, happiness, and gratitude.

Similar to <a href="/smiling-face-with-smiling-eyes/">😊&nbsp;Smiling Face With Smiling Eyes,</a> which has a broader smile, no eyebrows, and smiling eyes.

Apple&#39;s version of this emoji is considered to be <a href="https://blog.emojipedia.org/apple-fixes-paella-emoji/">representative</a> of the traditional ingredients&nbsp;from Valencia. An&nbsp;<a href="/egg/">egg&nbsp;</a>with yolk frying in a skillet, as prepared sunny-side up. Though associated with breakfast, the emoji represents the general action of cooking and related concepts.

An <a href="/apple/ios-4.0/cooking/">early Apple design</a> included broken eggshells and did not feature a skillet, while an <a href="/samsung/touchwiz-2.0/cooking/">early Samsung design</a> simply displayed a fried egg.
