New emojis from Apple for 2021 available as part of iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, tvOS 14.5, watchOS 7.4, and macOS 11.3.

This Apple emoji update changed the appearance of the πŸ’‰ Syringe emoji to remove the blood, and added mixed skin tone support to πŸ’ Kiss and πŸ’‘ Couple with Heart.

Released on 26 April 2021, this was the first version of iOS to support the 217 new emojis in Emoji 13.1. Taking into account non-RGI emoji sequences, there there are 669 new emojis in this release.
