Skull and Crossbones

A <a href="/flag-united-kingdom/" title="🇬🇧 Flag For Great Britain">British</a> guardsman, known as a foot guard. Wears a tall black hat with a yellow chin-strap. Must look straight ahead at all times, even when tourists attempt to distract them.

Male royalty, intended as a gender pair for the <a href="/princess/" title="👸 Princess">princess emoji</a>. Shown as a <a href="/man/" title="👨 Man">man</a> with a crown.

Not a reference to the musician Prince, however the <a href="/man-singer/">man singer emoji on WhatsApp</a> does show a character that bears a heavy resemblance to this artist.

Prince

A supernatural being, which is generally&nbsp;shown to be&nbsp;imprisoned within a bottle or lamp. May be&nbsp;capable of granting wishes when summoned. Variations exist for a <a href="/woman-genie/">female genie</a> or <a href="/man-genie/">male genie</a>.

Several vendors&#39; design for this emoji is highly reminiscent of The Genie character from Disney&#39;s Aladdin&nbsp;films.

Genie

Fencer

Apple and Microsoft&rsquo;s designs feature a red and white sawtooth pattern, Facebook and WhatsApp&rsquo;s blue and white checkers.
