Thanks to its distinctive cleft, the emoji is most&nbsp;<a href="http://blog.emojipedia.org/how-we-really-use-the-peach/">commonly used</a> for &ldquo;buttocks.&rdquo; In certain contexts, the <a href="https://slate.com/technology/2019/09/peach-emoji-meaning-butt-impeachment.html">peach emoji may refer to&nbsp;impeachment</a>.

In 2016 Apple unveiled a <a href="https://x.com/Emojipedia/status/799291515285610500">new design</a> for the peach emoji during the iOS 10.2 beta period. This change would have deemphasized its&nbsp;distinctive cleft, leading to criticism from Apple users. Ultimately this change was not implemented.

Peach

Brightly colored rope forming a knot. Knot type varies across platform, with most designs showing a square knot, a figure eight knot, or a carrick bend. Samsung&#39;s design appears to be a carrick bend, but upon closer inspection, it is not correctly tied and would fall apart with a gentle tug.&nbsp;

Used to talk about rope or knots in general. Sometimes used in the context of marriage alongside the idiom tying the knot.&nbsp;Also used in the kink community to talk about bondage. May be used as a stand-in for the word &#39;not&#39;&nbsp;in emoji rebus puzzles.

Knot

A closed, blue, hardcover book. Commonly used for various content concerning reading, writing, learning, and schooling. May also be used as a blue accent color.

Apple&rsquo;s cover features the easter egg Vol. 3 by <a href="https://www.mactrast.com/2017/05/who-exactly-is-john-appleseed/" style="font-style: italic;">John Appleseed</a>.&nbsp;Samsung&rsquo;s design&nbsp;<a href="/samsung/experience-9.0/blue-book/">previously</a>&nbsp;included the text&nbsp;Blue Book.

Commonly used for various content concerning voting and elections, especially in politics and government.
