Often used with an affectionate tone. May be used to represent a gerbil, guinea pig, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinchilla">chinchilla</a>, or related animals. Does not have a full-bodied hamster emoji counterpart.

A chipmunk, a small rodent with puffy cheeks. Depicted as a brown chipmunk in full profile facing left, sitting on its hind legs with a bushy tail and striped&nbsp;body. Generally holding an acorn or other <a href="/da/kastanje/">nut</a> in its hands.

May be used to represent a squirrel or related animals.

At one point, Google&rsquo;s chipmunk was looking forward, squinting with a buck tooth. Microsoft&rsquo;s <a href="/da/microsoft/windows-10/jordegern/">previous</a> black-and-white design could be mistaken for a <a href="/da/stinkdyr/">skunk</a>.

Jordegern

An otter, the playful water mammal in the weasel family. Depicted as a light-brown otter on its back, with its forepaws held together and whiskered face to the left, generally with its long tail curled up.

Apple&rsquo;s otter is in water, holding a stone, as is Microsoft&rsquo;s.

Odder

A skunk, a bushy-tailed mammal that sprays a foul odor when threatened. Depicted in full profile on all fours facing left, with black hair and its distinctive white stripe running from its head down to a curled-up tail.

Google&rsquo;s original skunk design bore a humorously&nbsp;haughty air.

Stinkdyr

One or two stumps of wood, cut so the rings are showing. Can be used to talk about wood or building materials.&nbsp;

Also used in idioms with wood like knock on wood or&nbsp;out of the woods. Used to caption dic pics, often alongside the expression morning wood. Sometimes used in the context of games like Catan or Minecraft, where wood is a resource.

LG Emoji List [Updated: September 2021]

From early 2021, Android 11 began rollout out for LG Velvet devices in select regions.

Alongside Android 11 came the first update LG&#39;s emoji set <a href="/lg/g5/">since early 2016</a>, which reintroduced the vendor&rsquo;s own emoji set to eligible devices. From 2017 until this update, LG devices used the <a href="/google/">stock Android emoji set</a> from Google.

This update introduced emojis from 2016&#39;s <a href="/people/">Emoji 3.0</a>&nbsp;up to 2019&rsquo;s <a href="/emoji-12.0/">Emoji 12.0</a> to the LG emoji set. It also revised many emoji designs within the <a href="/people/">😃 Smileys &amp; People</a> category.
