A flatbread, like pita, stuffed with lettuce, tomato, and/or meat. Resembles a doner kebab, falafel, shawarma, or gyro sandwich, popular in the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Some platforms have red onion and cucumber. Not to be confused with 🫓 Flatbread or 🌯 Burrito.
