Rightwards Pushing Hand was approved as part of Unicode 15.0 in 2022 and added to Emoji 15.0 in 2022.

🚩 Approved in September 2022 as part of Emoji 15.0. Now available via iOS 16.4, Android 13, Samsung One UI 5.0, and Facebook. Expected to come to other platforms throughout 2023.
