About Samsung Emojis

Samsung devices use their own emojis, which are separate from those used on stock Android in the Google Noto Emoji Font. These glossy emoji images appear on devices such as the Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy Note series.

Samsung recently updated its emoji set for greater compatibility with other vendors. More about this update.

WhatsApp has its own emoji set which is used instead of Google or Samsung emojis.
