An undercover investigator,&nbsp;wearing a hat, and sometimes using a <a href="/magnifying-glass-tilted-right/" title=" 🔎 Right-Pointing Magnifying Glass">magnifying glass</a> to closely inspect evidence. This emoji did not originally recommend emoji modifiers, but a <a href="http://blog.emojipedia.org/diverse-spy-proposal/">proposal</a> was created&nbsp;to address this.
