This use&nbsp;was popularized in <a href="https://blog.emojipedia.org/what-happens-in-the-tiktok-comments/">TikTok comments</a>. It uses the established practice of placing emojis between words for emphasis. iOS 14.6

New emojis from Apple for 2021 available as part of&nbsp;iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, tvOS 14.5, watchOS 7.4, and macOS 11.3.
