The īŖŋ Apple logo is a Private Use Area (PUA) character that is not cross-platform compatible but does work on Apple devices. Previously the ī Beats 1 logo was also supported as a PUA.
In March 2024 iOS 17.4 included new emojis from Emoji 15.1.
