May be used for eating,&nbsp;<a href="/cooking/">cooking</a>, dining, and meals more generally.

Apple&#39;s version of this emoji is considered to be <a href="https://blog.emojipedia.org/apple-fixes-paella-emoji/">representative</a> of the traditional ingredients&nbsp;from Valencia. Samsung <a href="/samsung/touchwiz-7.1/shallow-pan-of-food/">previously displayed</a> this emoji as a Korean hot pot.
