<p>Beginning its global rollout on 2023-10-31, the Windows11 23H2 update introduced support for <a href="https://emojipedia.org/emoji-15.0">Emoji 15.0</a>&nbsp;to the flat versions of the&nbsp;<em>Fluent </em>emoji design set used by the OS since its <a href="https://emojipedia.org/microsoft/windows-11-november-2021-update">November 2021</a> update.</p>

<p>This update also redesigned a selection of emojis within the flat <em>Fluent </em>set. These redesigns include many smiley emojis&nbsp;having the size and positioning of their dotted black pupils subtly modified, the&nbsp;<a href="https://emojipedia.org/folded-hands">🙏 Folded Hands</a> being shown&nbsp;isometrically, the <a href="https://emojipedia.org/alien">👽 Alien</a> changed from grey to green once again, and the previously atypical width of the vendor&#39;s four-person family emoji designs&nbsp;being revised.</p>

<p>Beginning its rollout on 2022-09-20, Window 11&#39;s 22H2 update introduced support for <a href="/emoji-14.0/">Emoji 14.0</a> emojis such as <a href="/melting-face/">🫠 Melting Face</a>, <a href="/saluting-face/">🫡 Saluting Face</a>, and <a href="/heart-hands/">🫶 Heart Hands</a>.</p>

<p>This update also revised a number of previous-released emoji designs.&nbsp;Notably, the colored heart emojis such as&nbsp;<a href="https://emojipedia.org/red-heart/">❤️ Red Heart</a> were given additional details.</p>
