Signal
The encrypted messaging service Signal uses Apple emoji images instead of displaying platform-native emojis. Updates to the Apple emoji set within Signal tend to come several months after new emojis are released on iOS and other Apple platforms.
As of June 15 2023, Signal supports emojis up to Emoji 15.0, which were first introduced by Apple via iOS 16.4 in March 2023.
