A trident is a three-pronged spear, that appears similar to a pitchfork. Often held by Greek or Roman Gods in statues.

Trident Emblem

A merperson who may be referred to as&nbsp;merfolk or merpeople in plural. May be used for the display of a mermaid,&nbsp;mergirl, <a href="/mermaid/">merwoman</a>, or <a href="/merman/">merman</a>.

A tall, ceramic jar with two handles and a narrow neck and foot. Represents an <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amphora">amphora</a>, as used by ancient Greeks and Romans to hold water and wine.

Generally depicted as brownish-red earthenware ornamented with black and a Greek <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meander_(art)">meander</a> pattern.

May represent containers like vases, pottery, museums, history, and antiquity. May also be used in relation to the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aquarius_(astrology)">zodiac sign</a> of <a href="/aquarius/">Aquarius</a>, the Water-Bearer.

Not to be confused with <a href="/funeral-urn/">⚱️&nbsp;Funeral Urn</a>.

Amphora

A face blowing the wind, as a personification of nature (e.g., <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mother_Nature">Mother Nature</a>, the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_wind">North Wind</a>) who creates the wind by blowing air from its mouth. Depicted as a gray, profile of a human face, generally with a feminine appearance, blowing swirls from her mouth to the right.

May be used to represent windy weather.&nbsp;Occasionally used to represent clouds, fog, smoke, and smoking. Not to be confused with Dashing Away, though their applications may overlap.

Microsoft&rsquo;s design is blue, as is Facebook&rsquo;s, whose design most clearly suggests a woman&rsquo;s face. WhatsApp&rsquo;s design depicts a cloud with a face, as Samsung&rsquo;s <a href="/samsung/experience-9.0/wind-face/">previously</a> did.

One emoji supported by WhatsApp but no other platform is the&nbsp;<a href="/flag-for-texas-ustx/">Texas Flag emoji</a>. This is a valid subdivision flag supported by Unicode, but not listed within any Unicode emoji release and as of 2019 is not supported by any other major vendors.

In 2021 WhatsApp introduced a&nbsp;<a href="/refugee-nation-flag/">Refugee Nation Flag</a> as a <a href="/emoji-zwj-sequence/">ZWJ sequence</a>. Like the <a href="/flag-for-texas-ustx/">Texas Flag emoji</a>, this&nbsp;flag is&nbsp;not supported by any other major vendors.
