This update to the Twemoji offshoot used by Discord debuted support for 2023's Emoji 15.1 recommendations.

Made available via Github on 2024-03-21, this update was released progressively across different Google platforms such as Chrome OS, Gmail, YouTube, and various Android devices.

This update also changed all of the family emoji designs used on the platform. The family emoji designs that were previously displayed were those designed for Twemoji while still being developed by Twitter (now X) as an open-source project.

This vendor set contains all of the new or changed emoji designs implemented by Discord within their Emoji 15.0 update in December 2023, as well as those introduced in March 2024.

All other emoji designs used on Discord remain the same as those used within the Twemoji 14.0 update from March 2022.
