A gender-unspecified&nbsp;person taking a soothing bath in a white tub with a <a href="/zh/%E6%B7%8B%E6%B5%B4/">shower</a> head.&nbsp;Commonly used for various content concerning bathing, washing, cleaning, and bathrooms more generally. May also represent relaxation and self-care.

The appearance of the person, depicted in default yellow, varies. Apple&#39;s person is wearing a green shower cap, WhatsApp&#39;s a green washcloth. Google&rsquo;s person appears to be playing in a bubble bath, with <a href="/zh/%E7%9A%82/">soapsuds</a> atop their ahead.&nbsp;Other major vendors show the head of the bather with short, brown or blonde&nbsp;hair.&nbsp;Skin tone modifiers are available on supported platforms.

A parrot, a brightly colored bird known for its ability to mimic speech. Depicted in full profile facing left. The Unicode Consortium accepted the following emoji 72 emojis&nbsp;for Unicode 9.0. This update&nbsp;was released&nbsp;on June 21, 2016. These&nbsp;glossy emojis&nbsp;appear on devices such as the Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy Note series and are updated as part of the Samsung One UI interface layer (previously Samsung Experience, before that Samsung TouchWiz)&nbsp;which runs on top of Android.

Note that Samsung users may see select emojis display as their <a href="/zh/google/">Google</a>&nbsp;set design. This is due to <a href="https://blog.emojipedia.org/faster-emoji-updates-on-the-way-for-android-apps/">Android AppCompat</a>, which will display a Google emoji design within an app or web platform&nbsp;when a Samsung device has not yet been updated to support that particular emoji.

Since the introduction of Samsung&#39;s emoji set in 2014, various Unicode characters that have not been recommended to have emoji presentation have nevertheless been given a colorful emoji design on Samsung platforms. Note:&nbsp;<a href="/zh/whatsapp/">WhatsApp</a>, <a href="/zh/twitter/">Twitter</a>, and <a href="/zh/facebook/">Facebook</a> have their&nbsp;own emoji designs&nbsp;which are used&nbsp;instead of Google or Samsung emojis in their respective apps on Android devices.

Samsung Emoji List — Emojis for Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy Note [Updated 2019]

Beginning its rollout for select Samsung devices on 28 March 2024, Samsung&#39;s One UI 6.1&nbsp;revised a considerable number of previously available emoji designs.

Many emojis had subtle modifications made to their outline, contrast, and shading, including the majority of&nbsp;<a href="/zh/%E7%AC%91%E8%84%B8%E5%92%8C%E4%BA%BA">🧑 People</a> emojis. Meanwhile, many emojis within&nbsp;the&nbsp;<a href="/zh/%E6%97%85%E8%A1%8C%E5%92%8C%E5%9C%B0%E7%82%B9">🚀 Travel &amp; Places</a> and&nbsp;<a href="/zh/%E7%89%A9%E4%BD%93">💡 Objects</a> categories were given more extensive redesigns.&nbsp;

One UI 6.1

Beginning its rollout for select Samsung devices on 30&nbsp;October 2023, Samsung&#39;s One UI 6.0&nbsp;featured a completely new design style for the majority of the vendor&#39;s emojis.

All smiley, food, and animal emoji designs have been revised in this update, as have the majority of the people emojis.

This is the most significant revision of the vendor&#39;s emoji set since&nbsp;February 2018&#39;s&nbsp;Experience 9.0 update, which introduced a significant number of design revisions that were consistent with those used on other platforms.

This update also introduced support for the 2023 Emoji 15.1 recommendation list.
