Emojis from Microsoft are&nbsp;supported on PCs and tablets&nbsp;running Windows 11, Windows 10, as well as Xbox. There were also available on Windows phones prior to them being&nbsp;discontinued. These are provided by the Segoe UI Emoji font, although some applications continue to show black and white emojis from an earlier release.

As of the <a href="/microsoft/windows-11-november-2021-update/">Windows 11&nbsp;November 2021 </a>update, the platform includes the <a href="https://blog.emojipedia.org/new-fluent-emoji-designs-from-microsoft/">new Fluent emoji design set</a>&nbsp;that was first previewed ahead of 2021&#39;s <a href="/world-emoji-day/">World Emoji Day</a>. Windows 10&#39;s last emoji update was the&nbsp;<a href="/microsoft/windows-10-may-2019-update/">May 2019 Update</a>, which supported emoji from up to early 2019&#39;s&nbsp;<a href="/emoji-12.0/">Emoji 12.0</a>.

Note: <a href="https://emojipedia.org/microsoft-teams/">Microsoft Teams </a>and <a href="/skype/">Skype</a> use&nbsp;a different emoticon set with an alternative animated design.

Google emoji images are used on most Android devices, Gmail Web Interface, Google Meet, and ChromeOS. These are provided as part of the&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/googlei18n/noto-emoji">Noto Emoji</a> project. These images are also used for&nbsp;<a href="/slack/">Slack</a> on non-Apple platforms including Windows, Linux, and Android.

Gboard also includes an <a href="/emoji-kitchen/">emoji mashup feature known as&nbsp;Emoji Kitchen </a>which allows two emojis to be combined into a sticker. Thousands of combinations are available, using Gboard for Android.

The Google Noto Color Emoji set is used as the default emoji set on mobile devices manufactured by the likes of&nbsp;Xiaomi,&nbsp;Oppo,&nbsp;Huawei, Sony,&nbsp;and of course Google.

There are also two additional Noto Emoji variants: the&nbsp;minimalist <a href="https://emojipedia.org/noto-emoji/">Noto Emoji font</a>, and an <a href="https://emojipedia.org/animated-noto-color-emoji/">animated subset of Noto Color Emoji</a> designs used by the Messages by Google mobile app.

Note:&nbsp;<a href="/samsung/">Samsung</a>&nbsp;devices use distinct&nbsp;emoji images. <a href="/whatsapp/">WhatsApp</a>,&nbsp;<a href="/facebook/">Facebook</a>&nbsp;and <a href="/twitter/">Twitter</a> use their own emoji images on Android, while&nbsp;Signal and Telegram for Android&nbsp;use&nbsp;<a href="/apple/">Apple</a> emoji images.

Beginning rollout on 2023-01-11, WhatsApp 2.23.2.72&nbsp;debuted support for the 31 emojis recommended in September 2022&#39;s&nbsp;<a href="https://emojipedia.org/emoji-15.0/">Emoji 15.0</a>.

May convey such feelings as surprise, admiration, contempt, or feigned innocence, as a person with hands in pocket casually whistling after wrongdoing, as if&nbsp;saying&nbsp;Nothing to look at here.

With its smiling eyes, features an expression fonder than <a href="/kissing-face/">😗&nbsp;Kissing Face</a>&#39;s&nbsp;but less intimate than <a href="/kissing-face-with-closed-eyes/">😚&nbsp;Kissing Face With Closed Eyes</a>&#39;s.
